Abstract
Think and Drive is a social marketing, communication, and traffic enforcement road safety initiative implemented by the Regional Niagara Road Safety Committee (RNRSC) as one part of their five-year comprehensive road safety strategy. The initiative was designed to raise awareness, increase knowledge, and influence the attitudes and behaviours of Niagara drivers to assist in the reduction of serious motor vehicle collisions (MVC) on Niagara roads. Think and Drive achieved its objectives using multi-pronged focused communication, community capacity building, and continuous evaluation.
