Abstract
The purpose of this paper is to demonstrate the effectiveness of using multi-disciplinary assessment teams within the Safety Assessment/Road Safety Audit process to efficiently and effectively identify, diagnose, and suggest countermeasures to safety problems at in-service, rural, county/municipal road intersections.
