Abstract
This paper presents an argument for public automobile insurance in New Brunswick. Described inside is the history of public auto insurance in Canada, methodology of public auto insurance, how rates between public and private insurers vary, in what manner public auto insurance affects safety on roadways and steps to implement public auto insurance in New Brunswick based on other provinces experiences chiefly British Columbia and Québec.
