Welcome to the registration site for the 20th Canadian Multidisciplinary Road Safety Conference. Below you will find an online registration form to complete. Follow the instructions on the screen.


Registration Package Information


All delegates to the 20th Canadian Multidisciplinary Road Safety Conference are required to register for the conference and pay the required registration fees. Use the form below to register for the conference and to submit payment for registration fees. Full registration includes the following:
  • Access for One (1) to all technical sessions and trade show area, including coffee breaks during the conference
  • Access for One (1) to the Opening Reception on June 6
  • Access for One (1) to the Continental Breakfast on June 7, 8 and 9
  • Lunch for One (1) on June 7. Delegates are responsible for their lunch on Tuesday, June 8 and Wednesday, June 9.
  • Access for One (1) to the Banquet Dinner on Tuesday, June 8
Meals are not included with day registrations.
Additional meal tickets for you, your spouse or companion(s) may be purchased (see step 3 in the registration form below).

The following are NOT included in any registration packages:
  • Meals on Sunday, June 6, or Lunches on Tuesday, June 8 and Wednesday, June 9 (delegates are responsible for their own lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday)

Registration Notes

  • Speakers and moderators DO NOT receive a discount on the conference fees. Speakers and moderators attending the entire conference, or attending for an entire day, are expected to pay the required registration fee.
  • You can only register one delegate at a time. This is done so that the registration committee can fully capture the required information for each delegate.
  • Credit card payments accepted, but only through PayPal (online payment). We do not have the capacity to process credit card payments through the mail.
  • Online payment is done through PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, AMEX. Delegates are not required to have a PayPal account to submit payment online.
  • Payments must be in Canadian funds.

Step 2: Select Membership Status


This section helps determine your registration fee. Indicate if you are CARSP member, a student, or a non-member. This information is necessary to calculate the appropriate registration fees.

Speakers and moderators do not receive a discount on registration fees. Speakers and moderators attending the entire conference, or attending for an entire day, are expected to pay the required registration fee.

Step 3: Purchase Additional Tickets for Meals and Social Event Access


This section allows you to purchase additional tickets for your spouse or companion(s) that are not included with your basic registration fee (enter the attendee(s)' names in the applicable boxes under 'Attendees').

Skip this step if you do not need any additional tickets.
  • Your registration fee includes Lunch for One (1) on Monday, June 7
  • The conference will not be providing meals to general delegates on Sunday, June 6.
  • Your registration fee includes access for One (1) to the Opening Reception on Sunday, June 6, and access for One (1) to the Banquet Dinner on Tuesday, June 8.
  • Indicate any dietary restrictions or allergies using the "Additional Information" field in step 1.


Step 4: Youth Forum for Road Safety


If you are attending the CMRSC and are under the age of 30, you may select the option of attending a forum on youth road safety on Tuesday, June 8th at no extra charge. If you are interested, please check the box below. Visit http://www.youthroadsafety.ca/youthforum for full details.

You may submit your payment either by submitting a cheque in the mail or by paying online via PayPal. More detailed instructions will be provided at a later step. Indicate below your method of payment:

Credit Card (Online payment through PayPal, you do not have to register with PayPal to pay online)
