Shabnem Afzal, CARSP's Vice President, was a guest on BC Today (out of Vancouver), during their noon hour talk show on September 17, 2019.  The topic was a recent string of traffic collisions in B.C., most notably the bus collision that killed two University of Victoria students near Victoria on September 13, 2019.  Listen to Shabnem share some practical advice about how to prevent traffic collisions as we head into the fall.  Hear her also share important road safety principles and philosophies.
