Location: Melbourne, Australia

Theme: Smart Cities.  Disruptive Mobility.  Healthy People.

ICTH 2019-Melbourne is organized by the Transportation Public Health Link (TPH Link) and held in partnership with the International Professional Association for Transport & Health (IPATH), Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE), and Swinburne University of Technology, Smart Cities Research Institute.

It’s interesting to view the photo galleries of previous ICTH years. What I notice the most are the PEOPLE, not the professional session photos that are typically shot by a conference photographer, but real life images of PEOPLE actively engaged, laughing, contemplating, discussing, sharing and thoroughly enjoying the moment. Yeah, ICTH is a little bit different. It’s not perfect. It doesn’t follow the status quo for conference programming. But ya know what, the memories, the awesome research, practice projects, published manuscripts and more importantly, the friendships that have resulted are worth the investment.

I hope you make the choice to be part of our photo album of memories in 2019. In the meantime, while you think about it, here’s a recap of what you can expect as part of ICTH 2019-Melbourne:
