Notes

  • Speakers and moderators do not receive a discount on the conference fees. Speakers and moderators attending the entire conference, or attending for an entire day, are expected to pay the required registration fee.
  • Online payment is done through PayPal. Major credit cards are accepted including Visa, MasterCard, and AMEX. Delegates DO NOT require a PayPal account to submit payments online. We do not have the capacity to process credit card payments through the mail.
  • Offline payment should be made by cheque. Please make your cheque out to CARSP and mail it to:
