Getting to the Conference
When making travel arrangements, please note that the conference runs from 4:00 PM on Sunday, June 10 until 12:45 PM on Wednesday, June 13.
By Air
Delegates from farther destinations can easily fly into the Calgary Airport, approximately 1.5 hours from Banff. A number of options are available to transport delegates to the Rimrock Hotel, just minutes from Banff. For delegates who will not be driving to Banff, either taxis or a Banff Transit bus (ROAM) is available for trips from the hotel into the town site. Complimentary access to the ROAM shuttle is available through the hotel.

There are two shuttle services to Banff that stop at the Rimrock Hotel. Both services have several regularly scheduled Calgary Airport/Banff services. Check out the following links to obtain current fee and route schedules:

Park Passes
Delegates driving into Banff will need to purchase a Parks Canada pass for the duration of the conference. The most current fees for the Park Passes can be found at :

Please plan to stay until the end when the finalists in the student paper competition will present their entries, and a panel discussion on the future of road safety will take place. We will also have a draw - and delegates must be present to win!
