Victoria Ocean Pointe Resort is conveniently located in downtown Victoria on Vancouver Island.  The resort is accessible by taxi, shuttle or rental car from the Airport.  It is also accessible by Harbour Air or Helijet from Vancouver’s Lower Mainland direct to Victoria’s downtown harbour, or you can travel on BC Ferries if you’re driving.

Parking at the hotel is available: C$20 (24hours) or $8 (day parking, no overnight)


From Victoria International Airport

Victoria International Airport is approximate 28km north of the resort.

Taxi

Shuttle

You can catch the YYJ Airport Shuttle bus from the airport to the resort which will take approximately 40 minutes.  The shuttle check-in desk at the airport is located near the Arrivals Level, close to carousel #1.  You can make your reservation by calling 778-351-4995 or 1-855-351-4995 or on line https://yyjairportshuttle.com/.  Please use this code "CARSP" to receive 20% off the rate ($20 instead of $25).

Car Rental

Victoria International Airport is served by four on-airport rental car companies.  The rental counters are located in the Arrivals area directly across from the Information Desk: http://www.victoriaairport.com/car-rentals

Driving From Victoria Airport

1640 Electra Blvd, Sidney, BC V8L 5V4

  • From Electra Blvd follow Willingdon Rd (7 mins / 3 km)
  • Merge onto Patricia Bay Hwy/BC-17 (22 mins / 22.3 km)
  • Turn right onto Bay St (1.5 km)
  • Turn left onto Wilson St (300 m)
  • Turn right onto Tyee Rd (450 m)
  • Continue onto Songhees Rd (130 m)
  • Turn left onto Harbour Rd (99 m)

Harbour Air Seaplane to Victoria Harbour

A spectacular way to see BC’s coast, you can catch the seaplane from Vancouver harbour or from the Vancouver airport direct to Victoria’s downtown harbour.  There is a good selection of daily flights and varying prices.   https://www.harbourair.com/book-a-flight/routes-schedules/#


Helijet to Victoria Harbour

An equally scenic trip is on the Helijet.

  • From Vancouver Airport approximately C$230 (no weekend flights) - 65 minute flight
  • From Vancouver Harbour approximately C$189 to C$230 – 35 minute flight

Bus

  • Head South towards BC-17

Parking in Victoria
